In chapters 6 through 10 huck frames his own death to escape his fathers home. He travels to a near by island called jackson's island. When Huck realises that another person is on the island he starts looking and finds Miss Watson's slave Jim, who ran away. the two then make camp on the island and start surviving. i think these two are both tough, and pretty much fearless. They are on their own and they stay hidden and survive, kind of like Ponyboy and Johny from the outsiders

That is a very good connection from the Outsiders to this book, Liam!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Grant I like how you related the two books to each other.
