“Good literature substitutes for experience which we have not ourselves lived
through.” – Alexander Solzhenitsyn
I think the speaker means, to write good literature you dont need to have lived it. If you have a good imagination, you can write about whatever you want, and write it well. You don't need to expierience it if you know what you are talking about.
The quote relates to my book because Mark Twain never road down a big river with a slave in his raft with them. Twain just wrote about it, and gave some facts. He didn't expierience this yet it's one of the best books ever written.. Now thats good literature!

One song is "When I'm gone" by Eminem because Huck frames his own death. Another song is "Chicken Fried" by The Zac Brown Band, this relates because in the song he likes fried chicken and in the book Huck and Jim fry their own fish. Yet another song is "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" by Dropkick Murphys because Huck and Jim are on a raft in a river going to Cairo. Also "Knock You Down" by Keri Hilson. This relates by Huck and Jim have had a lot of bad luck, but the keep their heads up. My last song is "Loyal To No One" By Dropkick Murphys because Huck and Jim don't trust anyone and they are only loyal to each other.

In chapters 6 through 10 huck frames his own death to escape his fathers home. He travels to a near by island called jackson's island. When Huck realises that another person is on the island he starts looking and finds Miss Watson's slave Jim, who ran away. the two then make camp on the island and start surviving. i think these two are both tough, and pretty much fearless. They are on their own and they stay hidden and survive, kind of like Ponyboy and Johny from the outsiders

In the first chapter, Huck speaks about his new life with the widow Douglas. She took him in so he had a place to live. Huck meets Tom Sawyer in the middle of the night and they go to a cave, and become a gang. The second chapter is, that Tom and Huck play a trick on a slave while he was sleeping, and the slave tells his story about witches taking over his body. Chapter 3, The gang go to a Sunday school, and pretend they are fighting Spaniards, and a-Rab's, but Huck knows they are pretending so he drops out of the gang. In the 5th chapter Huck spills salt but Miss Watson stops him before he can throw it over his shoulder. Huck is VERY superstitious. He See's his dad's tracks in the snow so he gives Judge Thatcher his money.
